This is Against Me's best song. Period. That 25 second chorus (x2) still sends shivers done my spine everytime. Brilliant. The slower, less racous version on "crime" is by far the best.

Dude, listen to the LYRICS in New Wave. The music is not the same, and they have admitted that. They said they decided to put out an album that goes in a new direction musically, and I respect that. Against Me! is probably my second favorite band of all time. Their lyrics and ideals have stayed pretty much the same.

RAR was a total disappointment after listening to the acoustic versions for quite some time. The updated versions on that album sound like really bad covers, like they were in a hurry to record them.
