When you look at fay when it makes landfall on florida it kinda looks like it already had a well defined eye yet it was only at 65mph...Fay was a unique TS it was the only one i know that made landfall 3 times in Florida.

Down in Boca, Fay only 100 miles away brought us some relatively intense wind gusts occosionally up to tropical storm force but the rainfall was minor...we weren't right in the center of the storm so that's why.

I was on holiday in Kissimmee a month or so before. I remember watching Local on the 8s on our first day and I was down hearted due to the rain. It was my first time in the US and its nice to have a rain shower in the heat, you dont mind it. In the UK its alot different.
