to get all the benefits to ur muscles just use heavy weights (for strength), use them fast(for speed), use them continuous for long periods (for endurance), and for elasticity just bend your arms a little further and further each excercise. now u have super human muscles :D disadvantage to this is - 1. u require more food to sustain life, 2. It is very hard to do this excercise, 3. it is easyer for you to get your veins/arteries hit from a gun/knife wound(they grow alot in size and number) :P
Actually, type IIc muscle fibers are non-human. The idea of transforming the types of your fibers remains controversial at best. Still, you are right about wanting everything, since it's not impossible. Why not?
there is no type3 mussle fibers there is type2b
