Well. I have also been looking at many of these. Having some friends in music production, I'd have to say that they would probably say that your voice is too weak. You've got kind of an edginess look to you that helps but vocal wise I would say your a little weak. Now keep in mind I'm not saying soft. Soft and weak are 2 different things.

You've got a really nice, mellow voice, man, but the strumming felt a bit monotonish. I think you need to add a bit of variety to give your cover a bit more color. Different strumming patterns/fingerpicking/percuss­ion, whatever floats your boat. Then it would go from 'good' to 'great' :)
