If you read Anthony Rapp's book, she looked up when she said the line "...but it was us baby who were the lucky ones" in the performance the cast did for Jonathan Larson's family and friends the night after he died. So now when she preforms RENT songs and looks up it feels like she is doing it for him. She generally doesn't sing songs from RENT as she find it's too upsetting but this is a stunning performance.
