@snowbell01 i'd say stick with an 800 if your lookin for si-doo sleds then go with the 800 etec mean sled...or even a summit freestyle edition or something like that
@snowbell01 yeah i hear ya...but the 800'sarealot more reliable..give that 1000 a couple years and its gonna be fuckin up like crazy...i know i had an 05 mach z and in 08 that fucker broke and i didnt do anything with it but ride the trails and the lakei bought an 800 powertek in 08 then traded it in for the etec 800 in 2010 and havent been beaten for about a mile and a half 2 miles maybe by anything
@Desjarlais07 its funny because they say the ski doo rt 1000 being the mountain sled, that they actually dont seem to have many issues as to the mach's, they say the main problem with them though, both sleds whether the summit or the mach, is belt dust, the airbox is crap, and it sucks all the belt dust into the engine, so you put pods on, and that fixes that, and the 05 mapping is crap, you update that, the summit has crap clutch, so your put aftermarket on, not sure how it will do after that,
That is awesome! At what elevation was that? Amazing snow conditions! Here in Norway our season ended 2 weeks ago and my last ride was more on slush than snow... Cheers!
