That's because of the so called "stød" (push, thrust) which appears frequently in the danish language. That's why it's one of the hardest languages in the world (to speak that is)

An example: "Mord" (murder) is pronounced with a "stød" while "mor" (mother) however is not.

Well, Danes are arogant in general, at least when looking in comparrison to other countries :) but i kinda see why, like The Netherlands it's a small country and they are very known in all of the world. But Denmark, are only 5 mill. people and yet still they are pretty much the best in Handball, Football and a lot more very known sports, so therefore Denmark has the best "fame to size"-rasio ;)

Second the main problem right now is how low staffed the hospitals are. There's just not enough for the system to function.
