Once Damon gets passed this Katherine/Elena rejection-shitstorm then I think we can expect to see a very interesting character change, especially in his relationship with Caroline.
Love the way he looks at her at around 0.26.No need to threaten her like that. I think she wasnt scared when he warned her, she was more suprise and shes a nice, honest person. Doesnt make sense she would be that scared. She's strong. He really does underestimate her.
I think it would if they got together, it would be a great storyline.

Damon just does not want to show that his feelings. He cares for her inside deeply, and I can tell. This couple would be exciting, interesting, hot, and just plain raw.
If Tyler and Caroline doesn't end up together, I hope that Damon is going to end with Caroline. These are the only two relationships that interest me.

I was surprised when he threw himself between her and Tyler. That's the first time he's done anything for her that was for her benefit and not his. Still don't like him but hey its my opinion and that means more Damon for the rest of you. lol Maybe his little brush with death will change his attitude about how he treats others. Here's to hoping.
