Allahabad High Court On 12 June 1975, found Indira 'Gandi' guilty of Election Fraud and declared her election null and void and unseated her from her Lok Sabha.

She was also banned by court for 6 years from contesting any election and she was asked to Resign.

To avoid this, on 26 June, 1975, Indira Gandhi khan declared Emergency overriding the courts, giving her extra judicial powers and tarnished Indian democracy for ever.

Nationalizing banks is a good thing, c'z losing a kidney over repaying a loan sucks. and revenue OUTFLOW out of India is too much in free market because our priv sector largely r nation looters save a select hand pick few.

A COMMON MAN ate MUCH better m8 than today, even if resources were less. Today ppl r eating less per capita in rural area than 1950s level! Bureaucracy worked TIP TOP in Indhira Gandhi times, and sure, POLICE FORCES misused powers, Indhira cannot see EACH AND EVERY corner in India. She should've built up Militsya Forces and built a base on INA nationalism, her policies would have made us a superpower today.

I am proud to say despite having her nationalization, I am proud to have stayed back with Indhira Gandhi rather than flee like a wuss to UK or U.S. She aspired 4 a UNITED STRONG SOCIALIST INDIA. She died 4 it :(
