  • Great! And just so you and Bob both know, I have been playing several of the songs you taught at Chautauqua 2009 - and they have helped my playing a lot.

  • Here Comes The Sun is my new favorite Dulcimer post! It is just greAT. For us wannabes, other than a finger transplant, any hints? I believe I do I need a 31/2 fret for this song, right?

  • Jesse, I am glad you enjoyed the video. The song is played CAPO 4 with a standard dulcimer fretboard (6-1/2 fret).

    Dave

  • Dave, You are a true virtuoso of the dulcimer, one of the best! Not only that, you're an amazing guy! I will always have great respect for you! Vandalia will be here before you know it, and I cannot wait to see you, Heidi, and Bob again! You had better watch, us young ones will creep up on you! (Yeah, right!) Take care! Hunter

  • Hunter, Thanks so much for your kind words. You are the rising dulcimer star in West Virginia. Looking forward to playing with you soon! Dave

  • Thank you so much. I am glad you enjoyed the video!

  • I can't believe no one has posted a comment to this yet. Its quite amazing, and the dulcimer itself has an amazing voice. Bravo!
