I think you should have a menu bar at the top right corner of your page, something like:

login | Log Out | Sign Up | Help

So people can sign up or sign in.

Also you should have an admin page.

one of the options on that page is allow you to see those people who just signed up.

i.e. you need to have a page to

display user table sorted by date. That page is a Master Page linking to detail page.

by clicking the link it will send you to the detail page for that user. cheers
