BTW - The correct spelling of the band's name is "Phoenyx". (Spelled with a 'Y'! ) I have fond memories of seeing them perform this LIVE in The Red Barn at Black Point. *sigh*
Pandisala, I only recall *two* fiddlers for this. Cat & Heather. (I don't think either of them has children. I *could* be wrong.) Who is your mother??
You can find Heather versions of March of Cambreadth here on YouTube. I'd rather find a Phoenyx version of March of Cambreadth. (I'm not too crazy about the bagpipes being added.) I think the "original" version of March of Cambreadth had more ... 'power' to it.
Haha!!! Thank you!!! Phoenix was a bit before my time, but I pal around with Heather and Alec a fair bit. Heather only ever played this particular CD for me once, though... I'm not so much a fan of the fiddler they had, but that's just personal taste. Anway, thanks for posting this!
@lynxcat73 They did. I would presume that the reference was to Cat Taylor, though. One, because Heather has gone to live with the pixies, and Two because Heather was the lead singer, thus more likely to be describes as such...
Forgive whoever wrote it I believe I know who it was and it is my fault for having forgotten to log off of there computer I promise you all there is nothign wrong with this I simply posted it so peopel could enjoy the song nothing more nothing less.

Love this. Though my #1 favorite Phoenyx/Heather song is "Voices of the Sea".
