I can give you a full on description XD

A Shippuden age girl, with short, straight, angled black hair. (as in it goes a bit past her chin in front and super DUPER short in the back.) Bangs that just barely cover one of her eyes, and the eye that is not covered has a spiral coming down from it. Her eyes are blue(: She wears quite a bit of eye make-up....

And you can choose one of these to give her: small white angel wings, or small, black cat ears.

its a bit like the one at 1:36, only not as long and more spirally. and while my rp character is pale, she's not THAT pale XD

oh, and as far as the outfit goes, just make it a bit scene/punk-ish with Karin type shorts or a skirt or something. as long as the outfit is pretty, I'm not picky(:
