  • 1:31 ow nice vid keep it up

  • so i guess the answer is..... not well??

  • i would buy one for a cr 500... but for now ill stick to my pro rmk

  • Oh my gosh that looks awesome.

  • Seen these things ride many times. Pretty damn bad ass. Not the best promotional video. They made it look pretty rough. But they go anywhere do almost anything. I'de rather own this than a snowmobile. Personal preference

  • also....a pro rider should kno how to "break tap"

  • Keep in mind that this is a Brand New sport (snow biking) Derrick is a pro motorcross rider but you can't compare this new machine to a motocross bike at this point. They can do things that no snowmobile can do but definitely dop not yet fly as well as motorcycles or even snowmobiles. Derrick jumped 105 feet in another video to set the first record for a long distance jump. So before you judge it, you should try it. There is nothing like it and will soon become a great sport in its own right.

  • Looks a little ass end heavy

  • Why does everyone write so long comments? no one reads them...

  • @onelowshow My brain just about exploded attempting to figure out what you just said. people jump snowmobiles, people jump cars. If it moves and you can ride/drive it, people are going to jump it. They have no problem selling products without your endorsement so I am sure they are not worried about your opinion. I think dirtbikes with tracks are awesome and I appreciate them showing us what the setup can handle. Besides, they have other videos showing how the bike performs so who cares?

  • glad to see your riding 509 aviators!!!

  • Some of those landings looked like you'd BREAK your neck!! Tappin' the back brake maybe?!!?

  • @aref4i Its so back heavy braking wont make a difference

  • @PS3DVX True.... They should just re-enforce it and make it a smaller track... Course i'm no engineerer, so they probably got it the best they could?!!?

  • @aref4i well if they shorten it there only going to suck in deep snow.... hard sacrifice :/

  • @PS3DVX its its that heavy its fucking junk, and the guys not even trying to brake in the air to correct... Ya lets go get big air if we always land as hard as that... 2 thumbs down, i think its more rider related

  • @onelowshow your a bit on the stupid side arent you? don't think cause you watch youtube you know how to ride... hes keeping the front up cause he knows the snow will suck up the front ski and he will go over the bars if he dosnt land hard on the back track.

  • @imsroll hes landing really hard wouldn't you say? lol a bit to hard, who the hells gonna want to ride like that??? Good luck

  • @onelowshow a guy that would rather land hard on the bike then the ground?

  • @imsroll landing like this guy would be so hard on you and your bike, wake up guy, watch the video, this front ski wouldnt be sucked up in the snow, when he lands it looks like its all been packed or at least not powder , watch him 1:04 he almost goes over the bars, like wake the fuck up, see him try to land on the downward slope like a snowmobile would, then ill stfu and never comment again, until then your probably just another one of those guys with no riding exp and hold the camera

  • @imsroll next time get someone that knows how to ride and repost, be able to sell a lot more shit with out ppl seeing this set up shouldn't be jumped...

  • @imsroll one more thing at 1:26, if the bike goes up the sky will not get sucked in so like stated get someone to ride it that has a clue and someone to respond to the video that has a clue also!

  • @onelowshow ski* not sky

  • cool

  • @HHGreggism pretty sure this is a yz450f

  • looks like it sucks for jumping. to heavy in rear. Looks cool though.

  • try throwing a whip with one of those!!

  • would this fit a honda cr85

  • @dirtbikerida27 wouldnt have enough power to move if it did

  • @dirtbikerida27 you need atleast a 450 forstroke

  • @dirtbikerida27 probabally could get a kit but it would be a waste of money. most likely not powerful enough to get into powerban

  • Pro rider? Hmmm

  • Good idea......bad result!

    Landings look like they hurt

  • It looks like it sucks at jumping because it is always straight up cuz the track weighs heavier than the front end. Just ride a snowmobile that's made for that. Not a dirt bike. So gay.

  • Question:

How does the Mountain Horse handle big air

Answere: Fine you just loop out 99.9% of the time

  • Attention haters: I actually have one of these bikes, set up by Allen Mangum himself. These are a whole new breed of sleds. You can sidehill, climb, jump, whatever with these bikes. The track is in the rear for the same reason a snowmobile track is in the rear. These bikes are the shit. Quit hatin'.

  • @23xx13 how is it on trails? tippy?

  • @23xx13 good until you find some snow... might be fun on hard snow like in the vid

  • @23xx13 make a video that proves us wrong

  • well the weight in the back is why lol lets be serious damn haters! he stopped at a house i was working at in sandpoint the day an thats an amazing machine props to the riders an builders cause its gonna take off an only get better!!!

  • I love how alot of you are assuming it is the same as motcross or snowmobiling. However this is a completely different and new animal. I will give you a little insite. If you do not land underpower then you are going to be thrown off over handle bars. Think about it ground surface area of a tire what 20 square inches maybe? Ground surface area of a 121 track well over that which then correlates to a huge amount of compression braking. I am also assuming here that none of you have tried it

  • Song??? : thanks

  • @marcopatry1 Falling up

  • guess you can't land them all!

  • now you guys should turbo your bikes

  • Props for raising the bar on an idea that has been tried many times over the last decade. Why is the front end always so high in the air? Obviously a pro rider should be able to flatten that out with the brake or less throttle from the lip. Is he afraid of landing flat for some reason?

  • @jessewalz look at the rear weight bias mabe thats why

  • @jessewalz I think he afraid his ski going to dig in when he lands. lol

  • Filmed at Trestle Creek Idaho... helped pull a broken down dragon up that hill he is jumping over! Cant wait to see these up there this year.

  • cool but seems sketchy if you don't land with the ski perfectly straight

  • @treezpleez do you ever jump a snowmobile with the skis not straight?

  • @Hero0281 u cnt say anything cuz u look like a 34 year old who lives with his mom... derick is so a better rider then u'll ever want to b... p.s. wen r u going to get me one of those?

  • watch out 2moto!

  • There is no way this guy is pro! Just look at his style.

  • @Hero0281 Lets go ride....

  • @Hero0281 Lets go ride....

  • I think a tap to the rear brake would have dropped the front end just like the sleds takes a wile to get used to them .

  • Looks like it is WAY heavy in the rear end! That could be VERY dangerous!! Any way to balance it better?

  • @artworkforyou

I put a heavier ski on my bike, and it works fantastically.
