YAY......Of course, it's probably some kind of "alternate reality" or something. You know how the writers like to TEASE US FANS about stuff like this ;-} Heard somewhere once "give the fans what they expect in an unexpected way". I think that was about "Bones" or something, you know the whole dynamic duo relationship between Booth & Brennan. Anyway, whether or not it is for CK & Lois, I'll take it either way.....it's about time! Yee-ha! XD

BTW....Anyone else hear a bunch of background noise, little tiny ones, I think. After watching over many times, maybe it's just me? But if you listen carefully, I think the crew is moving/shuffling a little bit. And listen closely, I thought TW had a hard time getting that 2nd button undone, he just pulled it apart and I think you can hear the button actually drop after that......lol

Give the sound editors a bit of credit on this one. Every sound in any scene is micromanaged by sound design. They would never let random set noise in. The shuffling is supposed to be their feet on the floor. And I think Clark being impatient was definitely planned. After all - Lois is supposed to have been missing for quite a while. Also...accidental sounds would never sound so clear.
