1,000mW make a Watt. mW is milli for thousanth. I have a 225mW laser, burns stuff, but 40W, the laser in this vid is 160 more times powerfull. The US has lasers in the KW and MW power, KW is kilo for 1000, MW means mega for 1,000,000. The Laser they want to put on planes to take out tanks and stuff is in the MW range, and can punch a hole through armor like a hot knife through butter.
