I often ask my porsche 911 turbo owning brother what is best speed per £ value car, a converted old mk1 or 2 or even cortina with cosworth engine or a sierra cosworth with a bit of tweaking or his £30,000 911 with 300bhp; i think the ford.

almost unnoticed, they don't stand out as anything special, Alfa giulia GTA on the other hand does and for similar money, Escort mk1 mexico in the right colour trounces the dull porsche....20 years ago a porsche was desirable almost a supercar, today its just a bit bland...
