I love those smokeless tobacco commercials - it's horrible how the government has little by little enacted a tobacco "Hayes Code" that violates the companies constitutional rights to free speech and expression. It's just giving tobacco a 'forbidden fruit' appeal, because if it's dangerous, then people will want to experiment with danger. Why not instead just let the parents educate their kids on the effects of tobacco, and let the companies develop less-harmful ways to get a nicotine fix?
