I live in Allentown,Pa its bout an hr ride north of Philly where the ECW arena was and i watched it on GTW48 was called came on like 2am and they use to come to Ag Hall which is located @ the allentown fair grounds i got to witness this magic upclose was fn awesome got mad autographs bought me a EC F"N W shirt when i was 15 rockin it in school lol best years ever R.I.P ECW.....ECW ECW ECW ECW

I never got the chance to watch ECW as I was growing up as a young kid and I don't think ECW ever aired here in the United Kingdom until the Sh*tty WWE version was broadcast, for the *Original* ECW what was it like for everyone watching it and I'm asking the True hardcore fans of ECW. :)

Peak era for wrestling. When the industry went hardcore, and ECW came into the scene...man there was no looking back...til Vince McMahon killed it all. Now we've gone from hardcore wrestling to softcore........wow I can't even call it wrestling anymore...whatever that crap Cena does. -_-

music goes well with video and ECW theme. too bad we didnt get ECW in the uk and there was no youtube or internet feeds back then. WWF sucked big time too in mid -late 96. it wasnt all bad though, at least i got to watch the nWo on friday nights on TNT. raven became one of my fav on nitro in 97, always wanted to see him against mankind. those were the days, dreaming of interpromotional matches. now we are stuck with the big show. somebody please fire his fat ass.

ECW started in the late 80's in warehouses, school gyms, etc.... it was until 1992 when ECW go its chance for some TV action and the world would start knowing what ECW was.... Then came the pay-per views and Cable spots... and the rest was history... later came Satan Vince and destroyed what he saw as a threat to his lame ass company WWF! ECW had the greatest wrestlers with the coolest names, bad ass intro song, and songs of their wrestlers. The greatest announcer ever! Greatest fans ever!

@WhiteChocolut Dude, this is way back in 1996. I bet you weren't even born yet if your saying that. ECW started way back in 1995. It got bought by WWE, and than got burnt by Vince McMahon and he abolished ECW altogether. Paul Heyman was essentially given a second chance by Vince, but later on Vince said, nope, ECW is dead, and I'm replacing it with NXT, new rookies for WWE.

Tommy Dreamer also Used Thunderkiss 65 for a bit in the Original Ecw  partly because of his friendship with the Pitbulls. and FYI Chris Jericho also used it before he came to ECW but changed to Electric Head Pt 2 in ECW since thunderkiss was used already
