  • why not use the computer or watch tv the 30 min before going to bed?

  • @amu1995 they say that watching tv or computer stimulates brain activity for processing the incoming information as well as the light being transmitted to your eyes. when going to sleep you should sleep preferably in complete darkness with the lights from the cpu or tv ur eyes rod cells have to readjust :: just wait 30mins ;)

  • tried all of those tips apart from the mellomin (you carnt get it in the uk) and i still carnt get up in the morning
