There is a new Pro Tools controller for the iPad which incorporates way more features than any of the others... It's called Pad Tools.
It's a patch for Midi Touch, so you can even copy/paste the sysex info from the faders and buttons and create your own custom controller !
All HUI buttons are available. It was specifically designed for Pro Tools.
Search for it !

I have this for my iPad running pro tools 9
It's the best deal and works as good as the higher priced apps out there!!
I do wish they had a view for the edit window though.
