  • There is no wrong way to cook. Unless you set the house on fire..that'd be kinda bad. But if it works for you, it's the right way! That's what's great about cooking.

  • Hey do you realize that any milk that is reduced in fat actually makes you gain weight? It's best to drink whole milk. Research it. Farmers feed their calves skim milk to fatten them up. It changes the cholesterol of the milk and actually makes it block arteries.

  • A quick tip: add some water to the eggs while they are heating up and they will be fluffy and non sticky to the pan.

You can also make a good protein breakfast: French toast! But instead of bread use slices of eggplant and pass them in egg white, put them in the pan until their toasty and some turkey ham and low diet cheddar cheese, and whallaaawww!!!

    Good Luck!

  • This video is great....new ideas are what we all need... thanks!

  • I dont know if there is a comment here in regards what i am about to say, but you forgot to mention the oil. I know you did not used a lot, but a tablespoon of oil is roughly about 110 calories.

Replace with Pam spray, or simply cook with in a non stick pam maybe with a tiny little bit of water. Please wash your dishes, rinsing doesn't get rid of germs that love growing in food recidous. Good luck with your diet

  • Great idea, thanks for posting this!! :)

  • yes

  • i love your videos!

  • try labrada protein powder less fat and carbs just the same if not more protein per scoop

  • You're welcome. Congrats and good luck!!

  • Lol, I love how precise you are with the cheese serving. 1/16 cup.

  • Hahha! Yes, well, measuring works for me :)

  • Two forms of animal proteins together are not at all highly toxeic

  • I wouldn't think so. ;)

  • loved your video, you're funny!

  • Thanks :)

  • you inspire me so much, i love when you make cooking videos!!!

    keep making them

  • Thank you :)

  • is rounding something I should do while counting calories? I mean, I always go to exact....?

  • i am totally against combination of 2 forms of animal proteins together, it is highly toxic. r u sure this protein is really absorbed by the body?

  • good job girl....one tip, for the peppers, usually people remove the seeds. they are indigestable and tend to repeat on you....otherwise impressive for someone who doesn't cook:]

  • That's interesting about the seeds... hmm! I will have to remember. I like them! :/

  • Hey, if it tastes good & you don't get food poisoining I would say you are doing great. Better than me. I eat wayyyyyyy too much processed food. One step at a time, I guess.

Also, something I've recently learned, by removing the yokes of the eggs you save all but 17 cal. & they become fat free. I love this. If you like the yoke, you could leave just one in. Again, I'll have to make this too now. Yummy.

  • I wonder... are you going to take me up on my challenge? It was... vaguely toward you ;) That way you have a reason to try life without fast food for three weeks... it could be worth it! <3

  • Yeah I left a comment on the video where you talked about it. :)

  • Oh and also, I have never once counted calories as long as I eat the allowed foods.Lost 70 lbs this way! : )

  • Hopefully my advice won't annoy you, but if I were you I would use whole milk...less carbs. Even better, you could use unsweetened almond milk or goats milk or yogurt as it tends to be easier to digest. Also I would use goats cheese in the omlette for the same reason. This comes from years of working with a holistic doctor and eating low carb in a healthy non adkins way.
