  • Fast elevator like a japanese elevator!!!!

  • How many elevators are in the international tower?

  • The Buttons, beeping sound, and the speaking voice is just like Otis elevator in Borobudur Hotel Jakarta that installed at early 1960s, and they are still very nice!

Anyway of speaking that Borobudur Hotel Elevator, This is a Very Nice Video!!!

  • That's interesting, since this elevator was modernized about 10 years ago. The International Tower, built in 1981, is an extension of the Hyatt Regency's Atrium Tower.

  • How Many FPM?

  • 800 FPM

  • When were these installed?

  • Early 70's, modernized in 00's.

  • Do these elevators serve Polaris?

  • Nope - this is in another building, an extension.

  • It's closed anyway

  • MR=Meeting Rooms

    L=Lobby

    BR=Ballroom

E=Exhibit Level. BR and E are below L. 4 questions.

    1. Why doesn't this elevator serve the motor lobby?

    2. What is the exhibit level?

    3. How come the other elevators don't serve the 23rd and 24th floor and these don't serve Polaris?

    4. What's the card reader for?

  • Motor Lobby is only under the main tower.

    Exhibit Level has event space.

Polaris is only served in the main tower.

The card reader is for after-hours.

  • oh and the nonscenic ones at the omni are my second favorite for the same reasons.

  • that particular type of otis elevator is my favorite primaraly because of the stainless steel fixtures, the chime, and the fact that it's so freakin' modern.

  • I really like the satin bronze finish.

  • What floors are below L?

  • Ballroom, I guess.

  • Why was there a BR?

  • I don't know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sorry.

  • What is B and BR?

  • What is MR?

  • Meeting Rooms.

  • very modern!

  • I saw a Wheelock RSS strobe next the the elevator panel, I also have an interest in fire alarms

  • SO DO I!

  • Not quite into those.

  • I saw a Wheelock RSS strobe next the the elevator panel, I also have an interest in fire alarms

  • SO DO I!!!!!!

  • JUST press the bottom floor!!!!!

  • Well, too late now.

  • Aw come on dude.

  • I'll see - downtown is still kind of a mess.

  • what is that side panal for n the lobby

  • I dunno, just shows the status of elevator in the building - same as the other video.

  • Is that the same Hyatt?

  • Yes, just a different extension, added in the early 70's. It's called the "International Tower", while the place with the scenic elevators is called the "Atrium Tower."

  • Did I see a side door?

  • No.

  • I was talking about in the elevator.

  • No.

  • In some major events, do you need a hotel key to have access to a floor?

  • Nope.

  • That's for after-hours.

  • What is on B? And why is there a BR with no rear door?

  • Dunno for B, but BR is Ballroom. I dunno why there's no rear door.
