  • I kind of knew some of this stuff was going on, but man this guy goes deep into it.

  • @rx7alex7 35 years of dedicated research will do that to ya

  • video seems biased if you ask me. its easy to just talk about oil, but what about the chances bush gave sadamn to let in UN inspectors to simply search for WMD. If you were old enough to remember in 2003, it was no question that the WHOLE WORLD assumed he still had WMD from the Iraq-Iran war.. even 48 hours before the war Bush gave him he ultimatum "either UN inspectors go in to search or we will come in".. Sadam said bring it on. google "iraq oil import us" and click on the .gov link .... FACTS

  • @bigplayer2382

Exactly...if govt says so then it has to be true!!!

  • @jismjacket or there were multiple live broadcasts of bush announcing these threats, and there were just as many if not more broadcasts of Sadamn telling America that it will be "the war of all wars" and "UN inspectors will not set foot in Iraq".

BTW you can look up imports online, you will see they imported less to the US during the war. Maybe instead of accusing me of believing everything i hear, you should in fact search for your opinion not base it off this guy's point of view..

  • @bigplayer2382

did i say i was basing it on this guys point of view. you like to jump to assumptions...later troll

  • @jismjacket that was a very well thought out response. Glad you have clearly done your research enough to fully support your view.

  • @bigplayer2382 Many Western nationsa including the US itself, the UK, Germany and France contributed to Iraqi WMD programs in the 70's all the way up to 1989. more FACTS. To claim that in 2003 the west suddenly became benefactors and wanted to preserve civilians from mustard gas is very naive.

  • @LoneW0lfWinter valid point, we did build up their WEAPONS (not WMD) up until 1989 mainly because of the iraq-iran war. Then when Iraq became oil hungry and invaded Kuwait and tried to invade saudi arabia, we taught them a lesson THEN found them to unstable to still posses the weapons we funded them. So we tried to take it back, simply gave them to much power so we removed it form them. now google search "iraq oil production" or export and look at those charts that are facts

  • @bigplayer2382 I'm not talking about conventionnal weapons. I'm pretty sure they used mostly Soviet equipment anyway. What they got from the US and the other countries I mentionned was advanced computers, radioactive materials, all kinds of chemical weapons and germ cultures, etc.

  • @LoneW0lfWinter okay, either way, they prooved to not be capable of owning any sort of weapons so the UN applied 19 rules to Iraq after the gulf war, and if any 1 was broke it was enough reason to declare war again. they broke 17 of the 19. But what does this have to do with "going to war for oil"

  • @bigplayer2382 if Iraq wasn't capable of owning weapons where does that leave the USA?? The USA used Napalm and Agent Orange in Vietnam, leaving little children dead or with severe damage, and used DU in most wars since, again leaving malformed babies and thousands of casualties including it's own soldiers.

  • @bigplayer2382 Because WMD's were just a pretext for launching the invasion. The goal was to get rid of Saddam Hussein who was threatening to switch to the Euro and make sure Iraq reached it's maximum production capability and that the fields were liberated and distributed among the multinationals.

  • @bigplayer2382 it's not about physically sucking the oil out and hauling off to the US, rather getting rid of an unreliable government that's sitting on a huge oil supply that is important to powerful multinationals and the global economy. it's not the first time this has happened, in Iran a democratically elected government was toppled by the West because they planned to nationalise the oil industry and replaced him with a puppet.

  • @LoneW0lfWinter if you look at the charts 2001(before the war) was the highest production of oil in the whole war. which raises the global oil prices because less supply of it. Now why would we try and topple an unstable government if it doesnt benefit anyone in the world, at all? Whether we have a leader in favor of America or not doesn't matter if global oil prices are higher then normal. We went to war to prevent another threat in case they had WMD (which everyone thought)

  • @bigplayer2382 Because the infrastructure was poor after decades of war and economic sanctions. look at Iraq now, the production is at a 20 year high, and there are still areas to be drilled and discovered. the removal of Hussein and the pacification of the country during the last few years means all that drilling and export can go ahead. Before the attack on Kuwait, Iraq was exporting 3.5m barrels, but now they're talking about 10m barrels or more.

  • Very good knowledge Michael Ruppert, Thanks for sharing.

  • Using the truth as a facade to ram in his own agenda which happens to be the agenda of the NWO. Russian FSB has been running profiles on this guy, he is not to be trusted. Peak Oil? Ha! He never mentions our Russian abiotic oil and gas wells that outproduces the world forever nor mentioned our Russian BREST nuclear power plants that creates their own replacement fuel and consumes their own nuclear wastes. Resources? Russia has so much that we had to nuclear arm ourselves to stop foreign thieves.

  • most people are "This is the f--king Titanic, it won't sink" or dumbed-down NFL & Lady Gaga watching "deer caught in the head-lights" folks. Learn to grow your own food, get guns and ammo, and gold and silver.

  • In 12 months the united states will collapse. in the following 12 months, they entire world will collapse. whether you believe or not, change is coming. prepare for it.

  • this documentary should be showed in every classroom...

  • @blancoC This and The Money Masters!

  • @blancoC or shown

  • *Spends the past couple hours searching for this movie, with no luck.

Goes to YouTube, finds whole thing just sitting right there.*

  • Almost forgot to watch this today.

  • very good video!

  • wow.. all of the documentaries, articles, books, and other relatable subject matter i have come across didn't even scratch the fluid surface of the trench-like depth of this one interview.. thanks for uploading!

  • @KerouacDon I'm producing a film about a viable alternative to industrial civilization:Somwhere In New Mexico Before the End of Time

  • @sosebee2 nice- just watched the preview.. can't wait to see the finished product.

  • @KerouacDon Thanks for your interest. Just launched a funding campaign on Ideigogo.

  • I left SoCal. I saw myself walking thru a city of dead people. Once in a while I would see one that would make it. Groups and families.. As I traveled I saw regions decimated. All in my minds eye. He is right. I came home as a dying dog does. Not to die, to ride out the storm. LISTEN! Depopulation is at hand. Our food is poison. The land is becoming poisoned. On purpose. If anything, listen to the earth. You will know what to do. Do I trust this guy? No. But he is on spot on a lot of it.

  • "Iraq probably has around 90 billion barrels of oil, but when you consider that the world uses 85 million barrels per day that means it only lasts about 11 days so that ain't that much'".

Errr... what the fuck is he talking about?

  • He said a billion and half barrels of oil only lasts for about 11 and 1/2 days at 85m bbls a day.

It's more around 17 days. But you get the picture. If we only used Iraq as our main oil supply we'd have about 3 1/2 years (actually less because demand would go up).

He's also suggesting we're fighting over oil, which we are. But only 3 years worth of it, trillion dollars spent, thousands of soldiers dead, hundreds of thousands civilians.. for three years of oil...

  • @ouroboro747 Oh, I misheard him as saying the whole thing would last only 11 days.

  • Mike. 2"x"'s. Missd word in da 1st Paul2Timothy. 1. 2 lines be4, "For we bring nothing w/ 2 da universe, & we know we take nothing w/ out; so if we have food & clothing we ought be satisfied." 2."But those who want 2 get rich fall into temptation &[..] harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction. 4 the love of money is A root of all THE KINDS of evil: which some reaching after have been led astray from the faith, & have [gored] themselves w/ many sorrows."lust?anger?jeal..? shalom

  • I Know who the three dislikers are: George W., Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney!!!!

  • Another good documetry to watch is Zeitgiest Addendum then check out the Zeitgist Movement. Addendum is on my channel too. All we can do right now is learn more to presurve us as people. We need to help each other not let a dictators rune us. We can stop this MADNESS.

  • @Nihils31 Look at the credits.

  • Everyone should send this to everyone they know...maybe the message will get out there. Communities of "victory" gardens, carpooling and rationing...hopefully we can hold on.

  • @MrVordas LOL what song are you talking about?

  • this guy should join the equal money system. he says what we say almost. really cool documentary tp put things into perspective.

  • I'm not as pessimistic about the energy/fuel supply, but certainly agree with his views on currency manipulation and the general state of the world and its economy. I strongly disagree with money being the root of all evil; how could it be? It's just a medium of exchange. Sure it's evil that governments inflate the money supply (effectively stealing from everyone by making existing money worth less), but even that isn't the *root* of all evil. Still, overall, very interesting and worth watching.

  • @Darkademic I agree, very good documentary, however I do agree that the *love* of money is the root of evil... Not the money itself, but those who love it so much that they will destory societies and cause massive deaths to get as much of it as they can, and the word "enough" doesn't exist in their vocabulary. It's these people who love money so much they just can't stop at any means to get more and more of it.

  • Thousands of people are realizing this; even before realizing this video exists. They are all starting to say the same things.

We are insane; you can safely conclude that if you take the time to look around and assess our behaviors; our world's circumstances.

  • Wow.

  • Michael Ruppert does another docu/lecture with 3-5 other guys who are in the top of their game, such as Economics/money, food/water resources, computers (like robots becoming too intelligent), Michael gives his lowdown on energy, and I can't remember the last one. The video is called "The Prophets of Doom." Our society is going to collapse; it's just a matter how hard we fall. It was pretty good, but a bit gloomy. I think it just came out early January. Here's the link: /watch?v=kZt3vNWpme8

  • Everything hes told , will Happen in a few Years maybe 10 ..maybe they can strech Oil that Far.

there will be Plenty of Oil but u cant afford it.

  • i learnt this dud everything

  • Just waiting for the "ron paul is the messiah" spam. Oh, and re: @ChaotixMachine v. @Jdessell debate... @Jdessell: there are two sides in sports, life is full of shades of grey. However, @ChaotixMachine he is asking the question tor us, the viewer. Obviously, Mike wouldn't be on this movie had he not understood what the answer to the question was. Furthermore ,@jdressell, you are entitled to your opinion, this does not change what is true and what is not.Life is not CNN,there are facts in life

  • @1234fuckubitch Your welcome!

  • @SeekAChange *you're. I just had to do it... Anyway, thank you for uploading this.

  • @SeekAChange or you're

  • @DiscoveringTech I am what?

  • The interviewer has the IQ of an ant. He doesn't even understand what Michael is talking about, which is really apparent when he asked the question at 1:05:45. Most people have absolutely no comprehension anymore. Michael explains everything pertaining to why and how this problem exists with great logic, and the guy asks if the problem actually exists simply because there's information on it. It's like showing someone a bottle, and then have them ask if it's really a bottle. What a retard.

  • Like most opinionated people, he is right about alot of things. Thgere are two sides to every coin but he seems like he only wants to concentrate on the negatives. Compromise.

  • @jdessell Name a few positives about the situation he's describing.

  • What he says in the video about the money system true, its not complex. One can find out easily what fiat money really is by taking out a economic book from their public library. So its not a conspiracy at all. All money in circulation is backed by nothing. It's a big misconception that our money is backed by gold or silver. It isn't anymore. In fact if you own any older banknote that says it is, (like a silver certificate from the U.S Treasury) that note is now void.

  • @jdessell Guess we know which of the three on the boat you are- compromise, seriously? That's what you took away from this? Perhaps you missed the part relating the "negative" Mr. Ruppert walking Rags the dog and counting smiles. Also, the purpose of an interview is to get someone's... wait for it... OPINION. Good Day, sir

  • i don't want to live on this planet anymore

  • Great film

  • I just keep passing this video around. Trying to get the video viral! MCR is an outstanding man, and this meme is an important one. All I do is let them think about the info for themselves.

  • Thank you for the insight. I've only been storing seed I can grow on my own land; I will expand my collection. My friends have land, too.

  • I want to be Mikes drummer..MIKE please call me..or contact me on facebook or youtube..I am easy to find..Just like the government likes

  • I wish to thank this man!

  • We need to find this 100th monkey or else our world will collapse as we know it!

    time to complete tesla's work

  • Thats beautifull, the comparison between how north korea and cuba dealt with they're oil crisis..

  • But they DID leave Iraq...

  • @lynxic The SOLDIERS did. They are still occupying the wells. Don't get your information from fox.

  • did he say he graduated from the police academy in 1173 23:30

  • i first encountered the concept of oil running out "some time after the year 2000" in 'the us borne book of the future' it explained future trains would go back to using coal/steam, i was very disappointed when i read this in a book promising spaceships and robots etc. It's all taking decades to play out but the dystopian scenarios predicted in the 70's are indeed coming true.

we had so long to prepare and we didn't - game over.

  • his credentials are "trust me i've done this a long time"?

  • @GodlessGonads anyone that actually looks at what he looks at comes up with the same conclusion. I remember watching a BBC report a little while ago where the guy they were interviewing just came out and said to save money, begin building emergency stocks of essentials, because its not going to get better. we are on the very edge right now.

  • @GodlessGonads Google 'ad hominem'

  • @GodlessGonads

He's paying attention. You don't need to have been an investigative journalist for 30 years to understand peak oil or the rest of the stuff he's talking about.

  • @GodlessGonads And all the fucking evidence he's got from Haleburton to the Oil rigs being built and demolished.

  • Truth! I love this message and am excited for the changes occurring in the world! I was born knowing it needed to happen and I eagerly awaited it as a child. For a few years as a young adult, I got caught up in the fear, when realizing how much of the collapse was taking place but now I remember what it was like when I was young. We will survive this, only if we can let go of all we hold dear.

  • Michael Ruppert has lifted the veil for masses of people. He basically gave up much of his life to investigate and expose what's been going on. How do you repay someone like this? Many of us are in the same boat financially, but what is it that we have done to make this world better? "We are all collectively responsible for what may be the greatest preventable Holocaust in the history of Planet Earth - Our own suicide." What are going to do? Time is short, but there is still a chance.

  • @Fesheca you repay him , by subscribing to his website, collapsenet its only 10 bucks a month.

Thats how you pay him back !!!

  • @Fesheca I am partly responsible, but it is the rich and powerful who have done 90% of the damage here.

  • if everyone has 2 kids the population will stabilize, also make contraceptive implants free as well as vasectomies, advertise the shit out of them. Make solar panels everywhere =-)

  • Like DUH!

  • This video has caused me to weep for the first time in more than 15 years. I described these same topics to my friends and family years ago only to have them lock me up in psych wards taking pharmaceutical meds because they had ME convinced that I was paranoid and crazy. Thank you Micheal C. Ruppert. From the bottom of my heart and soul. I now feel free to talk to people about these topics again. Maybe now they will listen.

  • @rdblief why weep? You really though your government cares about you? You really think there are good guys? It is nothing personal, it is just business and business has grown beyond human emotion or reasonable sustainability. The "revolution": will come when the resources are finally consumed and there is a simultaneous energy and food crisis. Can't stop it. It will happen in our life time. Business has grown beyond our control.

  • @rdblief That's a terrible experience. I'm producing a film about a viable alternative to industrial civilization: Somewhere In New Mexico Before The End Of Time

  • I wish I understood this mess as well as he does. The frustrating thing is that damn few people even try to understand it. Having a conversation with the average person about anything related to this is maddening.

  • @tomfrommichigan MADDENing NFL 2007? or regular maddening

  • @tomfrommichigan No kidding, just look at the view count and then check any and i mean anny britney spears or paris hilton vid..... its shameful!! People are truly cheaple!!

  • @aburgheim Well said. How few of us are there? I say we get the lifeboats!!!

  • hemp is a good idea
