Play batman arkham city. Finish the game. Go back and play it after you passed it, go by the theatre and you will hear a couple of inmates talking about the next possible locations for a new prison, one jokingly says arkham world. Another says, "two jokers? How do I know there wasn't three". Think about it, lots of hints as to the joker surviving, and arkham world being real. Plus when you go back to the area with the steel mill, you can hear the jokers laugh.

If the game exists, I can bet that the game would revolve around the Batman Beyond era, where the protagonist would be Terry McGinnis(obviously) as the Batman, while the antagonist would either be the Joker's son(either the actual son, or Tim Drake being brainwashed to being the next Joker), or the Joker himself in a surprising return, even though the Titan killed him. But that's just what I thought the next would be about.
