I'd love to know what this is from ? I agree the music doesn't really fit but the guys are hot! The dark one sounds and looks a bit like Steve John Shepherd who was in This Life the excellent BBC2 series from late 80's. Is it really him? He was also in a film where he played the part of a plasterer who was secretly gay.
