When in a deflationary contraction, you have to prime the economic pump. No corporation in the country is going to invest right now in this recession. So the government has to prime the pump. And this country is badly run down after eight years of immoral thievery by the neo-Cons. So, we invest in fixing up the country and the money flows back into the economy through our wallets instead of Halliburton's. If we're smart, we'll invest in technologies that the rest of the world needs.
