i actually like the speed of the lyrics. it takes me quite a lot of practicing before i even think about singing to an instrumental, so most of the time, the lyrics are kinda half in my head already. in an karaoke instrumental version, i prefer having the lyrics just a bit ahead because it gets me ready for what I'm about to sing. the lyrics from the last line are already in my head, AND i can prepare for what im about to sing :D but that's just me :P
