By far the best example of Liu He Ba Fa on youtube!!! Most people practice the art like Taiji, but it is very different. Thank you for showing this. If anybody compares this to the other, terrible videos, please note, you will not find anyone who performs this better.

This man has developed a great deal of power. He is without doubt a master. My father was a practitioner of Liu Ho Ba Fa under a master from China for a very long time. As a child I remember watching my father do the forms and going with him to his Sifu's house. Thank you for posting this video!
