Next, printing from a jpg is the lazy mans way of getting low quality output. That logo would be so easy to redraw into vectors and assign spot colors that would really pop. Why not show people how to actually recreate quality vectors so that your source artwork is optimized for professional output. It would take an entire 15 minutes to redraw that logo, assign colors and output it the proper way.

There are so many things wrong with this method I don't know where to start. First is knocking off a trademarked logo. Does your shop have license to use the Superman logo? If so, you need to mention the legality of recreating copyrighted material and the methods and cost to do so. Also the legal implications if you get caught re-popping someone else's intellectual material.

That depends upon the paper you are cutting - you'll need to do test cuts, start at about 80 grams and work your way up as needed

the technique does not limit to color stickers. i use this software to design Printed Circuit Boards. very useful to me.

Im not being picky but whats the point of showing us something that can be cut out eaiser and quicker with a scalple knife..I want to know if there are any cutters that cut out a detailed image that has lots of areas that have round edges and tiny areas that need cutting around and that what would be almost impossible to cut out with a knife.Like alot of heavy meatl designs on tshirts where u get a scene ..Showing something with straight lines is pointless.

Is it possible to print multiple logos to one sheet and have the cutter still cut them out without any problems?

It seems like such a waste.Like that superman logo could have fit three times on that one sheet.

Ganging up multiple images is no problem at all. You can actually use the cutter with 11 x 17" paper or a roll of material to get the most effective production.
