Unfortunately for Jimmy when he recorded this and it was a big Xmas hit in 72, he probably had no control over it at all. Osmond mania was sky high in this country and people higher up the ladder just pushed this out.

However he has stuck with it created his own stage personality etc and good luck to him.

I have been lucky enough to have been to one of his shows and met him. Believe me he has genuine talent and is a charming person as well.

He is still around where are the others ??

Don't make fun of Jimmy or the other Osmonds.They are the best and if they weren't they wouldn't have lasted for 50 yrs! Jimmy's voice has gotten more amazing over the years.keep it up Jimmy!

I have The Osmonds dvd and this isnt from it so you can't judge the sound, its not professional! I was at Hammersmith and Jimmy never sounded so good, he is comfortable with himself and has turned out to be a lovely person!

Well, I thought he sounded good from a video camera mic picking up his PA from the sound system. It ain't gonna sound like he sang it as a kid - the key has been changed. I saw him on a reality show and he's a very down to earth nice guy.

Come on! Give the guy a break. Jimmy is the last of a long line of talented siblings. He was born into a showbiz family and many of us dream of his success. He may not be as talented or a good looking as Donny Osmond but he's more well known than you or I.

It is a shame the Osmonds spenttimeat the NEC singing other peoples 70's hit when they had so many of theor own. It was a great night out all the same!
