for those that dont speak mandarin... he starts off by saying... on the second boulder problem there are 3 techniques... 1st techinque being a hook with the second foot, after the first foot is in place ... 2nd technique ... body will swing out on the overhang and you need to reposition it to be horizontal... 3rd technique ... you move the heel hook out first before hand goes there and finish the problem... thats the jist of it

i like the moves. However, i've never been a fan of "big moves" like when you swung out on the overhang, i feel a well placed heel hook or maybe having your body extended woulda saved some energy, rather than lifting yourself back up. but thats just me, still, it works for some, good job.
