I never thought about the brail they put on atms until he said something about it, but now that you think about it....yeah that would make hella prime time for a thief. There are alot of atms that don't have that headphone jack. Not to mention a blind man isn't gonna be able to tell whos watching him put in his pin number lol. I say more headphone jacks, and more accommodation for blind people to get inside the bank to make their withdrawal.

its actually simple,the VERY banks that got bailed out (thanks to the government) at the expense of us taxpayers decided to cover their asses in the legal system,because everytime you use an a.t.m.,you are getting FUCKED BLIND by these banks and the godamn hidden fees and fees for fees and etc. that these banks enforce needless to say,using our taxpayers money through the bailouts against us to spread our asses out a little wider,so that folks is why they have the machines in brail.

Actually that brail was put there back in the late 80s i think, back when sidewalks didn't always have that handicap access. The brail thing was a quick maneuver for banks to stay out of the fire and give people access no matter their handicap....this case blindness. But at the same time, while they made quick to add the brail, they never really thought about security risks the same way we do today.
