馬惟樂說：「我們商場有三、四成客人來自內地，珠寶首飾、鐘錶、­皮袋、化妝品、電子產品都是內地客買得最多的商品。據商戶反映，­有八、九成的珠寶首飾、鐘錶都是內地客人購買的。」

而圓方的顧客中，內地客人占了一半，購買的單價平均達1萬300­0至1萬5000港元，而香港顧客的平均單價只有不到7000港­元。
