I chuckled at the "ghulam ka ghulam" statement, for it rings so true. That said, while I admire Marri's intensity, despite his nonchalant composure, I wonder if he has thought this out or is he merely a horse with blinders on. Yes, countries are carved out easily, but running them is a totally different thing. I wonder if B'tan's leaders are up to the task.

I think if Balochistan want to be nation and so much difference from heart, then they should be a different nation. To be honest Balochistan would be more powerful nation then Pakistan within 20 years of independence, they have great resources and location. Peoples will be more than happy. Same goes for Kashmir if they want to leave India, then they should leave although its fact that Kashmir economy is based on India and people might not be able to grow well if they leave India.

As an Indian, I never realized how much of a separatist movement there was in Balochistan. It is sad, yet interesting to see what is happening in Balochistan today - targeting of Punjabi settlers. It reminds of how Kashmiri Pundits were hounded out of Indian controlled Kashmir - even today hundreds of thousands of them live still in refugee camps over 20 years!
