100% worth it. Would your rather spend hundreds of dollars (depending on the heli you have) on every crash or $200 or less on a simulator?

A few weeks ago I crashed my blade 400 due to a defective radio and it cost $70 to repair.

When you get up into the nitros they can easily cost a few hundred bucks to repair.

Hard 3D! Thats the sloppiest ATTEMPT at 3D ever. Learn your orientations first upright and inverted then move on to controlled and calculated 3D manuvers. WOW!

Hey i have this simulator and when ever i fly the helicopter continuosly in 3d maneavers the engine looses its rpm and i have to level it out to regain the rpm. My question do the really ones lose there rpm from continuous acrobats to the point where they can no longer do acrobats and you have to level it out and let it regain rpm? Thanks

Yes that really happens. 3d flying isn't as easy as you think is it? You need to learn how to do 3d without bogging it.

Put the heli into Idle Up mode. Usually one of the switches on the transmitter will do it. Idle Up means that the motor runs at a steady RPM regardless of the collective position.
