Excellent video - brings back memories of a backpack trip a friend and I made in August 1975 from Grand Marais to Munising. Beautiful place and I'm glad so many can appreciate the beauty of the many land and water features and plant and animals too.
i go there every year with my cousins while staying in the UP for the duration of the summer, its undoubtably the several funnest days of the year every summer. the dunes are amazing as well. we walk the entire stream too. i absolutely love the UP. cant wait to go this summer. michigan has tons of great outdoor adventures to offer. such an amazing land :) going backpacking there myself next summer cuz i'll be 18 :D
Bravo!! Fantastic video! I leave July 4th for a weeklong solo--this video has got me totally stoked! Great work of the camera (you were alone, right?) Love the shots of camp, the MH tent and especially the skittish squirrel. The last shot of the tent aglow was perfect. Thanks for posting!!!
