Sasha is an amazing dancer! I just had her at WCDE as a teacher and she performed a solo at the faculty show and it was amazing! She just booked the Madonna tour, im so proud of her!

Everytime I watch this dance....I just think...WOW what an amazing dancer Sasha is....She did that every routine she took it to the heart....she is truly blessed with a gift to tell a story through her body and it is AMAZING....
From what I've seen of them, Melanie & Sasha, Sasha was better overall, technique notwithstanding, because of all the passion + emotion she put through her performances. Although, I think that Melanie did that at her audition...her audition was amazing. But yeah, Sasha was the best dancer.
sasha was the best dancer on the show..... my dance teacher once told me that in the pro dance world everyone can technically dance but if tha person makes you feel something is what seperates the great from the good and sasha was great...... melanie was good

Kent has improved sooooo much. I could see his improvement throughout season 7, but he has really matured in a year. Also, this routine deserved a standing ovation from the judges
I'm happy sasha got 2nd she was my FAVORITE! and if u win the show u have to give like 30% of the money that u earn from dance to SYTYCD! So she is going to make a lot of money and not have to give any of it away! She is amazing!!!! -3
This piece is so amazing that it made me go from feeling that both of them should have been voted off early in their seasons, to believing that they both deserved the 2nd place finishes that they got.

I honestly think that the reason Melanie won over Sasha was because Melanie and Marko started and stayed strong where as Alex held her back a bit...otherwise she would have taken, so much more heart then Melanie and talent shes awesome at everything.
This show could have got canceled after this peformance cause it was just that good that nothing could top it and i was right nothing did
Sahsa you may have not won but you won a lot of ppl hearts and i think that is better then calming a title that which to me said that you didnt even need to title your self a Sytycd Champ Now that's mediocre and you are above that your Sahsa

Beautiful choreography. Sasha danced it really well but its very obvious in this dance that she doesnt have the technical expertise that melanie has. Her lines were not nearly as beautiful as melanies. Extensions are crucial for this dance that she didnt deliver
@z858978 I think with this piece as kent rightly said their emotions did more of the dancing...as someone rightly quoted in the other sasha kent duet that you know they were never really in synced and all that heartache, anguish and pain danced for them. they gaved their hearts a voice......and just doing simple things like how she had her back against the wall and took her right hand made a fist n banged the wall twice saying no..that really got me...

And she did have her toes pointed and honestly that is the only thing you can talk about because sasha does have that expertise she just doesnt really keep it perfect like mel you can say look at sasha's vid with her and alexander stupidn and tell me what you think then. If you haven't watched it before :)
This is so unfair. Why didn't she win? Melanie was good but Sasha was more emotionally connected with music, which is EXTREMELY rare to find, and a bit more diverse in styles. This was truly one of the best performances on STYCD. I haven't watched a dance performance this much over and over ever since Alex Wong's performance with hip hop (another fair incident... why did he have to get injured... ugh). This show gets me irritated sometimes but watching dances like this is worth it. :)
@babigurl10546 i agree with everything you said, the fact is as amazing as melanie is (completely amazing) she started out as a favorite with marco. People were routing for the two from the start. Sasha and her partner didnt really have a thing so fans weren't as into her until she started getting into the top10 weeks. melanie winning was kind of innevitable. and in case anyone else reads this im not saying thats the only reason why melanie won. i did enjoy watching her alot

Without a doubt, this has to be this season's most memorable performance. Sasha may not have been the most technical dancer, but no contest, she is a dancer that performs with so much passion and heart. And that my friends is not something that you can be taught.
Ugh yeah Sasha should have won but I loved both Sasha and Melanie so it's alright. Thank goodness the boys didn't win, no offense but the girls were so much better this year. <3

I am so disappointed with the choreographers in Finale, I had to come back and watch this just to feel better about the whole show. Sasha is still an awesome dancer in my eyes and I hope people are still routing for her.

I have never cried at a dance before and I just balled when I saw this. They danced with such power and feeling I was just emotionally kidnapped during this routine Sasha is such an amazing dancer and Kent is equally amazing. Best performance of the season hands down
This season has been a little boring, but Sasha has been the only reason that I have tuned in. This performance was amazing! It truly brought me to tears. She's such a beautiful dancer! I'm soooooo rooting for her!!!

Only Sasha can make me tear up within the first 7 seconds when all she's doing is collapsing against fake wall! This girl dances with such emotions and passion that she truly deserves to be America's favorite dancer!
I cried. there were so many "wow!" moments & so much raw emotion in that routine, and the fact that she brought the whole judging panal & chorographers to tears is really something special. I love Sasha so much, she's incredible.

This dance gave me chills the first time I saw it live and it still does, especially when Kent lifts her into the split againt the wall and when he throws her down on the ground.

@Majee21 Never liked their NappyTab piece. I was surprised they even had it as an encore. The Travis piece was kind of different. So I appreciated what he was trying to do.
My Lord.... what a performance!!! Loved it. Felt like I could actually relate and was apart of it. Sasha is a BEAST and I hope she makes it to the finals.
Tyce is annoying at times, but this routine IS THE BUSINESS! One of the best of the season.

I am so disappointed with the choreographers in Finale, I had to come back and watch this just to feel better about the whole show. Sasha is still an awesome dancer in my eyes and I hope people are still routing for her.

i absolutely LOVE sasha. she is by far my favorite contestant. such an amazing dancer and she puts SO much emotion into all of her dances. it's impossible not to feel moved watching her<3

I have never cried at a dance before and I just balled when I saw this. They danced with such power and feeling I was just emotionally kidnapped during this routine Sasha is such an amazing dancer and Kent is equally amazing. Best performance of the season hands down

This season has been a little boring, but Sasha has been the only reason that I have tuned in. This performance was amazing! It truly brought me to tears. She's such a beautiful dancer! I'm soooooo rooting for her!!!

Only Sasha can make me tear up within the first 7 seconds when all she's doing is collapsing against fake wall! This girl dances with such emotions and passion that she truly deserves to be America's favorite dancer!

I cried. there were so many "wow!" moments & so much raw emotion in that routine, and the fact that she brought the whole judging panal & chorographers to tears is really something special. I love Sasha so much, she's incredible.

This dance gave me chills the first time I saw it live and it still does, especially when Kent lifts her into the split againt the wall and when he throws her down on the ground.
