You Tube can and does control the views counter. I have proof that one of my videos got over 3000 links from an "honor site" (verified with website owner), but in the same time period, my views counter only went up 300. Search for "What's going on? Watch & Decide for yourself" on You Tube. It is a topic that you will not see or hear on TV or radio because the CAFR is something they are not allowed to talk about.
