WOW I think I got it all.... After you said "my name is Shane, I am a quadriplegic on a.....? Did you say ventilator or a vent machine or something close to that? You threw off a little when you said "how did you go"? and "tell me how you went". Those are phrases we don't use in the states. LOL But I got it! Yea! Go me, hehe. It's not as hard as I thought it would be...!
