In short her personal life is a hot ass mess...BUT!!!!!!, when this chick opens her mouth to sing, she is among the greats in the music industry. And I mean that. Vocally, she's up there with Aretha, Chaka, Patti LaBelle, and Stevie Wonder.

I have to say I've never really cared for Fantasia but after listening to her in the interviews and seeing how real and how much she heart she has for her family and giving I now connect to her on a whole new level.she's truly talented and I am a fan now! It was a "Master Class" performance. I remember this was the time when I voted for as long as I could. Simon was dead on -you may have the vibrato, you may have the musicality, but if you don't put yourself into the song (simply, if you don't "produce" this song), you're just standing on the stage making sounds. The reason the contestants do the varous genres is to see if they find self-identification within themselves and the songs. Give me style over funk any day!
