@StoneyMcJuicyBuds He didn't freak out all the time. Was he perfect in his methods? Far from it. But in truth, his players didn't fear his wrath. They feared disappointing a man who believed in them. Eg. to Jerry Kramer, "Son, of these days, you're going to be the best guard in football." He didn't coach by fear. He coached by whatever he could do (faith, fear, tears, confident smile, gentle hand) to get the players to give the best of themselves. Not perfect. But the best ever.
