i really need to learn how to do this blueish effect on portrait but i couldnt learn with this because its in german. (german, right? ) I would like to have the workflow in english photoshop or the written tutorial...Can somebody help me please?

sure, my workflow changed during my development, it is quite simple
copy merged, mode on overlay highpass-filter with a tiny radius
it's just for sharpening ;)
