Most vegan meals ( I'm not saying that one in particular) have soy protein in them. I ate an Yves Vegan burger one time, never again. It actually ranked as one of the worse things I've ever eaten. If your going to be vegan don't eat that shit. Eat beans,potatoes,tomatoes, green things ect. That is real food
