this guy hadn't come for help at least 3 weeks, and yes, the same size, any nerves districted. after 2 weeks he was at home in a great health. during this operation I was going to trough up a few time, even with lots of experience in medicine))) It smells AWFUL !

all neck- it was huge carbuncle and we couldn't do it. It was dangeruos to provide the infection to others part of body, blood, and ect
