I live in an area with several Villari schools within driving distance. I decided to find out for myself about Villaris, so I visited 4 of these schools, all owned by different people. I found the instructors to be personable, knowledgeable and dedicated. I observed classes and talked to students and parents. The vast majority were very happy with Villaris. I watched belt tests. The students definitly earned their rank. Schools were clean and professional. Other places not so much.
I would do that anytime... Did he accept challenges? Anyone wearing such a bad taste gi with such number of self-awarded dan ranks is a shame to martial arts!!!

It is an attack that is designed to allow instruction. Once an understanding of the principles behind the defense is gained, and a corosponding increase in skill is attained, then the "attacks" can be done in a more realistic manner. I understand your question was an attack it and of itself, but my answer is not for you. It is for those people who who might take your sarcasm seriously.
That wrench would still be a threat regardless of whether or not it was an edged weapon.
