Make some sealed tube which goes in to the hole of the vapor chamber ,and make so you can adjust the depth of the tube , it can adjust the richness of the gas----with higher rpm put the tube deeper, it should work.
Too bad it's not liquid cooled. IF it was you could use the Hot coolant to heat the fuel through a heat exchanger in the tank. That would increase vapor production by a lot...once it got warm anyways.
