@n1g3ld34c0n Yes we're getting an R18+ classification. All the Attorney Generals agreed on the introduction of the 18+ rating in July. The guide lines have been worked out so it will be here soon. If you guys have a friend or relative who is overseas at the moment ask them to get you a copy as a present. Customs won't ask them if they have a copy of the game, just if they have any food. I got my copy from England whlist I was there in August and got the game through customs.

@11487isme dont get your hopes up. they stated that they will remove the MA15+ for games and replace it with R18+and will allow games with high impact violence to be sold but still ban games with extreme impact violence. Thing is, this is exactly how it was under MA15+. I dont think anything has changed, just the rating. If anything, it just got worse.

However It looks more likely then ever before that it might actually happen. I imported my copy from ebay, customs are only on the lookout for bulk orders (like if you order 20 copies of the game) If you only order one copy then they couldn't care less. Also i checked the classification act 1995, and it says it is perfectly legal to import RC games for personal , unless you live in WA. So if for whatever reason they do fine you, you can take it to court and you'll win straight away. The whole fine bullshit is some stupid scare tactic, so dont worry about it.
