Actually, Israeli GDP is nearly $250 billion. So aid is about 0.7% of the GDP. And it involves strings, spending in US, US has veto power over transfers of Israeli developed tech even to non hostile nations such as China (Phalcon radar deal which was about billion a pop, harpy deal, is preventing sale of advanced missiles and UAVs, just from potential China deals we could more then make up US aid money). @ilyasesstin israel gets 3 billion $ annually. israel annual budget, without the US aids is about 40-50 billion dollars. plus, the aids have to be used inside the us.

israel must buy US products with the aids money.

and why do you use GNP when today people prefer to use GDP? it doesn't really matters, but you should use GDP because its more common.
