If you commit a felony (which he did) and someone dies during the event of that felony (which happened) you are now guilty of murder and responsible for that persons death whether you pulled the trigger or not.. his job is not 24/7 he is off duty and second if he was doing his job that the price he have to pay, listen i am not trying to be stereotype but majority of them join the force just put food on the table or like to do shakedown to feel that power, they more crookit and biggest hypocrite than the people on the street hustling

Hey person who is dumb. A police officer is sworn to protect and serve whether they are on duty or off. That is why they are to carry their weapon at all times. The only thing they cannot do off duty is write traffic tickets.
